Throughout his career, Sylvester has supported organizations in optimizing their tax positions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective decision-making in complex and dynamic environments. He is skilled at building capacity within finance teams, streamlining reporting procedures, and managing relationships with stakeholders, donors, and auditors.

Sylvester is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, and a chartered tax practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
